This one's on the homepage, which tells you something about how I feel about it. What looks like waves rolling across an ocean surface is actually the salt crust of an outback lake — forms built up over time into ridges and troughs that the light catches from above exactly as it would catch moving water. Except this water hasn't moved in a very long time. Central Wheatbelt, Western Australia.

Waves is an aerial salt lake image in warm ochres and oranges, with a texture and rhythm that makes you look twice at what you're seeing. The longer you look at it, the more it does. One of my personal favourites. Large format does it justice.

Works in any interior that wants warmth and depth without being obvious about it.

This is a portrait oriented print.

Print comes rolled in protective paper, in a postage tube, ready for mounting and framing.
